How fast will I receive my videos?
On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.
Reels usually take a day or even less.
Complex YouTube videos will take about 5 days.
Ads usually take 4 days.

How does onboarding work?
Subscribe to a plan and we’ll quickly add you to your very own Trello board. This process usually takes about an hour to complete from the time you subscribe. Once you accept the invite to Trello, you’re ready to rock.
Further instructions on how to use the Trello board to request videos can be found on the board itself.
Who are the editors?
Only VaaS is a one-team agency. No bait and switch. You’ll work directly with Increditors.com‘s A-team, who have worked with over 50 B2B companies.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?
Once subscribed, you’re able to add as many video requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be delivered one by one.
How does the pause feature work?
We understand you may not have enough video work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two video requests at the moment. That’s where pausing your subscription comes in handy.
Billing cycles are based on 30 day period. Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 20 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you’ll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
How do you handle larger requests?
Larger requests are broken down on Only VaaS’s end. This applies to 2D/3D animation full production, etc. You should expect to receive a reasonable amount of work every 24-48 hours until the entire request is done, or we’ll sit down and break it down for you with another quote.
What programs do you edit in?
Most requests are edited using Premier Pro and After Effects.
How does 2D/3D animation development work?
We break large projects into smaller bites.
First we develop the script, then we create the storyboard. After your approval, we get into the animation part and lastly, we take your feedback and work on the revisions.
2D animations usually take 14 days to complete and 3D animations usually take 2 months.
How will I request edits?
Only VaaS offers a ton of flexibility in how you request edits using Trello. Some common ways clients request edits is directly via Trello, sharing Google Drive or Dropbox, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it’s fair game.
What if I don’t like the edit?
No worries! We’ll continue to revise the edit until you’re 100% satisfied.
Are there any requests you don’t support?
Absolutely! If we can’t break down large projects into smaller bites, we’ll jump on a quick meeting and give you a separate quote for that request.
What if I only have a single request?
That’s fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional video needs. There’s no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
Are there any refunds?
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued past the first week of service. However, no refunds will be issued for completed work.
Can I use Only VaaS for just a month?
For sure. Whether you need Only VaaS for a month or a year, the choice is yours. Just feel free to come back when you have additional video needs.
